Newly ordained Father Tim Deely will celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving at Our Lady of Mercy Church on Sunday, August 18th at 10:30am. Following the Mass, Fr. Deely will impart his First Priestly Blessings.

Father Deely was ordained by Bishop David Zubik of Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday, June 29, at St. Paul Cathedral in Pittsburgh. He currently serves as the Assoicate Pastor at Bellworth Catholic Community of Saint John Neuman, Assumption and Sacred Heart. He attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, where he studied philosophy and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. He taught theology and Church History at Bishop Hendricken High School in Warwick, Rhode Island for nine years before completing his priestly formation and theological studies at Theological College at the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.
