Thus the little domestic Church, like the greater Church, needs to be constantly and intensely evangelized: hence its duty regarding permanent education in the faith…the family, like the Church, ought to be a place where the Gospel is transmitted and from which the Gospel radiates…the future of evangelization depends in great part on the Church of the home

Meeting Schedule

The OLM Families Group of Our Lady of Mercy Parish, East Greenwich, is a group of families who gather once a month for prayer, discussion, and community. A topic is presented by a visiting speaker on issues pertinent to family life and living out the faith. It is a great chance to learn about the faith and meet other Catholic families.

  • We provide pizza and beverages, as well as babysitting for young children.

  • Whether your kids are little or out of the house, all families are welcome.

We meet in the Our Lady of Mercy Gymnasium. Please see our parish bulletin for information on topics and speaker at olmparish.org. Please email parish@olmparish.org with any questions.
